Delivery Policy

Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase

DELIVERY

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working day(s) upon verification of payment
  
  
• Delivery is carried out during Monday -Friday on working hours 8am-6pm,except public holiday
  
  
• Any orders placed over the weekend after 3.30pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday
  
  
• A tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been dispatched out 
  
  
• For INTERNATIONAL orders, any customs or import duties fees must be paid by recipient of the parcel 
  
  
• Shipping Fee is FREE for West Malaysia ; Shipping Fee of RM15++ (due to the weight of the parcel) for East Malaysia.
  
  
• Estimated Delivery time: 7-14 days for local delivery; and 21- 30 days for international delivery
